BorentisOps vs Wooqer vs Pazo vs Amply: Store Operations Platforms Compared

BorentisOps, Wooqer, Pazo and Amply are the four store operations platforms an Indian brand with its own showrooms or exclusive brand outlets will shortlist in 2026. On the operations modules they are closer than their websites suggest: all four run checklists, photo-verified audits, image AI for visual merchandising, tickets with SLA escalation, approvals, broadcasts, documents, training and role dashboards on a phone that works offline. The differences that matter sit in three places: what the image AI is trained to check, how the product is priced, and whether the platform knows anything about selling. This guide lays the four out row by row from their public pages, then says who should pick which.

The four in one line each

  • Wooqer: the broadest, oldest platform of the four, positioned as "The WorkApp", with a large template marketplace, three named AI features (SensEye for visual compliance, Lens for SOP answers, Wally as an assistant), industry variants for retail, restaurants, banking and manufacturing, and location-based pricing.
  • Pazo: the most visual-merchandising-led, positioned as "Click. Capture. Comply.", with live-photo-only capture, geofenced checklists, an AI planogram validator, strong ticketing with hierarchy escalation, and facility-management and coworking variants alongside retail.
  • Amply: the most focused on multi-store retail, restaurants and hospitality, with a no-code SOP builder, action tickets, multi-level approvals, broadcast, an ops manual, a document wallet with licence expiry reminders, image AI for VM, an AI daily email summary, and public per-store pricing.
  • BorentisOps: the store operations platform inside Borentis, built for own showrooms and exclusive brand outlets, with the same module set and one extra input: the sales conversation, captured and scored by Borentis Floor on the same phone, so execution and selling sit on one store scorecard.

Where the image AI differs

All four accept a photo from the store phone and return a compliance verdict. Wooqer, Pazo and Amply describe their models in the vocabulary of shelves: planogram match, facings, share of shelf, out-of-stocks. That vocabulary comes from FMCG and general trade, where the unit of execution is a shelf in someone else's store.

BorentisOps is built only for stores the brand owns or franchises to its own standard. Drishti is trained on the brand's dockets and display standards for windows, mannequins, display cars, demo units, accessories walls, signage, billing counters and grooming. It answers the questions a visual merchandising manager or an area manager actually asks of a showroom photo: is the window dressed to the spring docket, is the brown coat on mannequin 2, are the display cars clean and priced, is the facade lit. It does not count facings, and it is not the right tool for a general trade shelf.

Pricing and rollout

  • Amply publishes prices: a free starter for up to two stores, a per-store monthly plan for growing chains, and a custom enterprise tier that includes image AI and dashboards.
  • Wooqer prices per location with unlimited users, on request, and offers a self-serve trial.
  • Pazo prices in three custom tiers (Silver, Gold, Enterprise) with a fifteen-day trial.
  • BorentisOps prices per store per month, not per user, shared after a walkthrough. A pilot of ten stores is typically live in the first month.

Who should pick which

  1. A restaurant chain, a bank branch network, a manufacturer or a general trade brand with shelf audits: Wooqer or Pazo, which have the templates and the shelf-trained image AI for those formats.
  2. A retail chain that wants published per-store pricing and a fast self-serve start: Amply.
  3. A brand with its own showrooms or exclusive brand outlets that wants operations and selling on one scorecard, in Hindi, English and Hinglish, with coaching drawn from the store's own conversations: BorentisOps, alongside Borentis Floor.
  4. A brand that already runs one of the three for operations and wants the selling side: Borentis Floor on its own, with the store scorecard joined through the API.

How this table was built

Every row is drawn from the four vendors' public websites on 29 September 2026: product, solution, pricing and FAQ pages. "Yes" means the vendor claims the capability publicly; "Partial" means it is described in a narrower form or for a subset of plans; "No" means it is not claimed. None of the rows is the result of a hands-on test, and vendors change their pages. If you find a row that is out of date, write to hello@borentis.com and it will be corrected.

The BorentisOps product page at /solutions/products/borentisops/ describes each module in detail, with the mockups of the store phone, the Drishti verdict and the joined scorecard.

Frequently asked questions

Is BorentisOps a Wooqer alternative?

For brands that own their stores, yes. On checklists, audits, image AI, tickets, approvals, broadcast, documents, training and dashboards the two are comparable. BorentisOps adds the sales conversation captured and scored on the same phone, so operations and selling sit on one store scorecard. For restaurants, banking, manufacturing or general trade shelf audits, Wooqer's templates and shelf-trained AI are the better fit.

Is BorentisOps a Pazo alternative?

Yes for showrooms and exclusive brand outlets. Both use live-photo-only capture, geofencing, image AI verdicts and auto-ticketing with hierarchy escalation. Pazo's image AI is described around planograms and facings; Drishti is trained on windows, mannequins, display cars and showroom standards. Only BorentisOps reads the execution score next to the selling score.

Is BorentisOps an Amply alternative?

Yes. Amply is a strong fit for multi-store retail, restaurants and hospitality with public per-store pricing and a free starter tier. BorentisOps prices per store as well, is built only for own showrooms and brand outlets, and joins operations to the sales conversation, which Amply does not capture.

Can I run Wooqer, Pazo or Amply for operations and Borentis for selling?

Yes. Borentis Floor captures and scores the sales conversation on its own, and the store scorecard can be joined to an operations score coming in over the API. Brands that already run one of the three usually start there and move operations to BorentisOps when the two teams want one app on the store phone.
